Map Visualization
This feature provides you with an internal world map of your organization. Users can add addresses of storage locations and assign tools and equipment to those locations in our systems. This way, it is easy to see a detailed description of each asset’s location even by room and shelf.
My Work Assets
The My Work Assets feature is an internal platform that shows you an entire organization’s assets. We created this platform so your users can view, check out, and request maintenance on assets, while also serving as a central hub to report broken or damaged items.
Asset Check-Out/Check-In
We created the check-out/check-in feature to let users reserve and check out equipment easily, as well as establish due dates for returns. Our systems remind your users to return the assets on time by sending notifications when due dates are approaching. This helps ensure that tools are used responsibly and returned in a timely manner.
Maintenance Tracking

My Work Assets
We designed the Physical inventory/asset cycle count feature to eliminate guesswork and audit discrepancies. Blind cycle counts involve scanning assets without knowing their exact locations in advance. Dynamic cycle counts sort assets during the count into separate lists, such as “found,” “to be found,” and “unidentified.” This quickly identifies missing or misclassified equipment.
Transactions Receipts
Transaction receipts are a feature that generates a record of every change in an asset's status, such as checking out and checking in, receiving, or disposing of assets. The feature includes notifications to users, making it easy to stay informed about the due dates for return of assets, warranty end-dates, reservations and scheduled maintenance.
Depreciation
The Depreciation Feature is an accounting function that keeps you in the loop of the loss in value of your assets. You can generate reports based on fiscal year to date, book value, and total year depreciation. You can also configure depreciation reports to include figures such as asset costs and scrap value.
Time Duration
The Time Duration reports can only be used for on-premise applications. This means that our systems have to be hosted on site. This report establishes billing rates and increments for your business and generates reports regarding the billing information for rental of your tools.

Data Import

With Signature Capture, you can require a signature every time an asset is checked out, received, or removed from use. This adds a layer of verification and a data chain of an asset's location and custody that is easily tracked. Configurable according to security settings, this ensures that assets only enter the possession of authorized users.
Alerts
Our system includes configurable alerts that can be set up to notify management of important events in an asset's lifecycle. This includes warranty expiration or scheduled maintenance.
