Tracking Tools and Equipment in Multiple Locations
Purchase a system, select your Global Administrators and create the divisions.
When you start implementing our multisite Tools Tracking System, your organization will be able to choose at least one Global Administrator and add more if needed. Your Global Administrators get access to:
- A consolidated database that is divided between various sites
- All asset information across your organization at each location
- Effortlessly switch sites and make changes across the system
Each site will be a division separate from your other locations, with its own separate data and user base. With each division, you will be able to assign at least one Site Administrator and multiple Concurrent Users. Your users who do not have the “Concurrent User” or “Administrator” access will interact with the global system through My Work Assets.

We designed the My Work Assets feature as a platform that shows tools and equipment that are available based on the asset information that is entered into the system.
You can view and browse through all the available assets and request them within the system. These requests will then go through an approval process. Anyone in your organization can go to the My Work Assets digital store, see what’s available, and request.
