We created the My Work Assets feature to simplify the lives of you and your staff. With this feature, you can manage both company-owned resources as well as equipment and tools using the same system that controls your assets. This is an exclusive feature that sets us apart from other companies and we’re confident that you’ll find it to be incredibly useful.
Essentially, our feature is a catalog with a digital interface with added functionality. You can use it to request possession, maintenance, or disposal of assets, as well as report missing or damaged items. The feature is designed for up to 20 users and provides a straightforward solution for basic asset-tracking needs. With its user-friendly interface, our software is easy to navigate for both users and non-users.
Asset Reservations Request
Request Permission to Check-Out Available Assets
If you or your staff come across an asset that you would like to reserve in our Tools Tracking System, simply click on the reserve button and the software will automatically notify an administrator to approve your request. This feature lets you select whether you want to temporarily or permanently possess the asset. An example of a situation that could be applied to this would be if you want to request a reservation of an office chair and would like to use it indefinitely.
Requests for Maintenance
Keep Your Assets in Top Condition by Requesting Maintenance
With our Tools Tracking System, you can designate certain users to be Maintenance Requestors in Admin Functions. These users can request maintenance for any assets that they or their subordinates are responsible for. Upon submitting a request, an alert is automatically sent to the appropriate personnel, notifying them that maintenance has been requested for the asset in question.
Request Disposal or Report Missing Assets
Keep Track of Your Assets with Our My Work Assets Feature
When an asset reaches its end-of-life (EoL), our software allows you to easily request disposal through the system. Additionally, you can report any missing or damaged assets, which will be logged in the system. By doing so, you can easily request a new asset to replace the one that was lost or damaged.
This feature provides greater visibility into which assets need to be replaced, helping you avoid unnecessary purchases and ultimately saving you money.
