The Check-Out/Check-In Feature in our Asset Tracking Systems lets assigned system administrators set up configurable alerts for your assets. There are two different types of alerts in the Check-Out/Check-In workflow; one for Due Dates and another for Reservations. These alerts give you and your employees real time updates and data about the status of your fixed assets and physical assets.

Avoid late returns and conflicting reservations
The “Due Date” alerts for checked-out assets and equipment can be set up on our Asset Tracking Software. These alerts help you monitor and manage assets, making sure that people know when to return items on time. This notification automation works out well for both employees and managers as it frees up their mental checklists for more efficient workflows. These alerts can include detailed asset information and specific messages if that is your preference.
Due Date alerts and notifications can be sent to both the person in possession of the assets as well as the person managing the assets. This helps your team maintain a healthy communication channel while maintaining asset reservation schedules. Our systems’ flexibility means that you can schedule the alerts to deliver depending on your priorities. This can be before the due date, on a specified date, and/or after the due date.

Alert Delivery Schedule
You or your system administrator can choose to deliver the alerts between 3 options; 7, 30 or 60 days before the scheduled check-out reservation date. The same options apply for due dates.
Alert Delivery Method
We accommodate your choice of either email or text message alerts. If you want to be doubly secure, you can select both methods of delivery as well.
Alert Recipients
Notify the requestor of the asset, the manager of the asset, as well as any other specific person deemed necessary.
Alert Content
The contents of the alert can be configured to include the Asset #, Model #, Asset Name, Serial #, Person Name, Location, and Scheduled Due Dates.

Our configurable alerts in the Check-Out Check-in feature also includes notifications on your asset reservations. We provide flexible options on the alert type, content, recipients and more! System administrators can choose to have the alerts delivered via email or text messages. They can also choose to include specific details on the asset in question, as well as to include the recipient and manager of the item.
